Trenching
Skip the trencher rental. We bring the machine and the crew, dig the trench where it needs to go, and put the lawn back when the line is in. Machine trenching for long runs, hand trenching around roots and plantings.

- Drainage
- Trenches for drain lines that move water away from the house and out of wet spots.
- Fences, sleeves and footings
- Trenches for fence lines and footings, and sleeves under new patios and driveways.
For homeowners and other trades
We dig for homeowners, and we dig for plumbers, electricians and landscapers who do not have the machine, the time or the crew. You make the connections, we handle the trench and the cleanup.
In one job, four of our crew dug a 75-foot trench five feet deep for a new water line and electric line on short notice, and the yard was put back the way it was.
How it works
- Mark out
Utilities are marked before we dig, and we walk the route with you.
- Trench
Machine trenching for the run, hand digging near roots, walls and plantings.
- Lay and backfill
The line or conduit goes in and the trench is backfilled and compacted.
- Restore
Topsoil and seed or sod go back so the line disappears.
