They maintain our lawn and gardens on the North Fork, as well as our outdoor lighting, and the quality of their work is truly exceptional. Everything is always beautifully maintained, thoughtful, and immaculate—they have completely elevated our property. Their attention to detail is incredible, and they clearly take enormous pride in what they do.

I hired Signature Services (SS) after consulting with a few other companies because of the owner, Chris, who was incredibly kind, informative, and honest. He took the time to guide me through everything detail wanted to know (which was all of it). SS was not only able to install my system in two days but also revamped our lawn with dethatching, seed, fertilizer and clean up within that time. They say you can’t get price, speed, and quality in place but you can with SS!

My husband and I hired Signature Services to do a new install of our sprinkler system. Chris was professional, courteous and honest! Very professional and knowledgeable. Chris and his team did a top notch job and we are very happy with their services. We will be having him back to install a drip irrigation system system in our front yard flower beds. 10/10 recommend!!

Signature Services is the best company to hire for all your irrigation needs. Not only is pricing great, and the quality of work best in class, what sets them apart from competitors is the relationship you will establish with them. I had my system installed several years ago and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Whenever I need something Chris answers promptly and he will be there in no time for whatever needs a fix or whatever needs a slight adjustment. Even for my inquiries unrelated to my irrigation system, Chris is a great person to trust for any upcoming home projects and if he can’t do it he knows someone who can.

Signature Services did a great job with tick spraying on our property. They were prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly. Their customer service was excellent—we’ll definitely use them again!

We have used Signature Services extensively in managing our irrigation systems at several locations. They are responsive, professional and their work is top notch. They upgraded our systems to newer programmable timers and now they are saving us money.

I am a Landscape Designer, my company is Hamptons Silverleaf Landscaping, I’ve dealt with at least 5 different irrigation companies over the years, they always say they know what they are doing, but they never do. Signature Services is the first company I whole-heartedly feel comfortable working with and recommending Signature Services, as well as I will be using him for all my new installations. His knowledge and personality are top notch. He does what he says he is going to do, shows up when he says he will, and truly cares about each property and planting like I do.

Chris and his incredible and talented team, Matt and Esteban, renovated our home with dedication, patience, experience and expertise. They removed all of our siding and replaced with absolute perfection a new paneling/baton siding. This covered multiple angles and heights of up to 35ft. Chris has also created a great irrigation system, new and vastly improved lighting, landscaping and drainage (outside) but also inside, resolving a problem that had included flooding in the basement due to build up of sediment. The team’s commitment, follow through and responsiveness has made all of this possible.

I was in need of a repair to one of my twenty-seven year old sprinkler zones. Upon contacting Signature Services, owner, Chris Williams and I established a meaningful, and trustworthy conversation about my matter. Chris exhibited professionalism, full knowledge, and satisfactory solutions to my sprinkler issue. Thereby, leaving me with a reassuring feeling that the need will be met. Not only did Chris satisfy my repair need, he went above and beyond to accommodate the timely repair. Needless to say, job performance exceeded my expectations. On account of that, I will be conducting further business with Signature Services. In today’s turbulent times, one couldn’t ask for a more honest, and reliable business person. Signature Services has certainly gained my trust and satisfaction, and confident they will gain yours as well.

They came today on short notice, 4 men dug a trench 75’ long x 5’ deep for a new water line and electrical line. Completed all hookup in 2 day and left everything like it was before ask the work. 100% satisfied! Great craftsmanship and concern for his clients.

Contacted Signature Services, LLC this morning for significant sprinkler repair services. (7 zone manifold and celanoid replacement, new boxes, testing, added outdoor on/off valve) Received return call within minutes. Long story short, Chris (owner) showed up, gave professional estimate, had job completed perfectly and professionally at a fantastic price. Will absolutely use again for openings & closings, etc. BTW, it’s 5pm now, initial call was this morning, and I am one happy customer. Completed job before dinner!!! 5 stars is not enough for Signature!

Owner Chris Williams is phenomenal. Evidently he’s been installing irrigation systems on the North Fork and the East End since he was in his mid-teens and he really knows his stuff. Not only did he return my call but he showed up on time, he’s friendly, personable, professional, honest, and obsessed with doing a great job to the point where he came back a few times just to check on my new system. He also made sure my system was future-proofed so if I ever wanted to expand it, we wouldn’t have to dig it up and made sure my controller was protected and easy to use. He also does a great job opening and winterizing irrigation systems. I wish I called him first!

Chris and Mike are very knowledgeable and the epitome of customer service. They go above and beyond! They specialize in irrigation and landscape lighting as well. If you’re looking to install or need repairs definitely give them a call! We did and are so happy with their service.

I highly recommend wi-fi managed irrigation on the South Fork!! I easily control on my cell when, where and which sprinklers go on. My southern facing lawn no longer gets burnt in August and my north facing lawn no longer turns muddy in spring. Chris and team are terrific!

Chris and his team at Signature provide quality service (as if they are taking care of their own property) and they’re very responsive. I highly recommend.
