Irrigation and landscape lighting on the North Fork
We are based in Calverton, a few minutes from the start of the North Fork, and we have been working on North Fork properties since our owner was a teenager. From Riverhead and Jamesport out to Greenport and Orient, we install, service and winterize sprinkler systems, design landscape lighting and take care of the lawns and gardens.
North Fork properties range from village lots in Greenport and Southold to farmhouses, vineyards and waterfront homes on the bays and the Sound. Many of them have outdoor showers, docks and gardens that need water as much as the lawn does, and sandy soil that dries out fast in July and August.
That is where a smart controller earns its keep. A Hydrawise controller adjusts each zone to the weather, so the lawn gets more water in a dry, windy week and none at all on a rainy one.

What clients say
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Signature Services LLC. They maintain our lawn and gardens on the North Fork, as well as our outdoor lighting, and the quality of their work is truly exceptional. Everything is always beautifully maintained, thoughtful, and immaculate—they have completely elevated our property. Their attention to detail is incredible, and they clearly take enormous pride in what they do.
Beyond the beautiful results, they are an absolute pleasure to work with: professional, responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything looks perfect. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service so consistently. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Signature Services and recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional landscaping, property maintenance, or outdoor lighting on the North Fork. They are truly the best!
Owner Chris Williams is phenomenal. Evidently he’s been installing irrigation systems on the North Fork and the East End since he was in his mid-teens and he really knows his stuff. Not only did he return my call but he showed up on time, he’s friendly, personable, professional, honest, and obsessed with doing a great job to the point where he came back a few times just to check on my new system. He also made sure my system was future-proofed so if I ever wanted to expand it, we wouldn’t have to dig it up and made sure my controller was protected and easy to use. He also does a great job opening and winterizing irrigation systems. I wish I called him first!
